AFECC organise events, held at various masajid, to allow the people of Edinburgh to connect with qualified students of knowledge. We aim to deliver courses, lectures and workshops throughout the year focussing on serving and educating the community on Islam. AFECC Edinburgh hosts a weekly class focusing on Tawheed, the fundamental principle of Islam. This class explores core beliefs, acts of worship, and the concept of shirk. An important topic, both young and old, should have a strong grounding in.

Every month, AFECC Edinburgh organises a lecture by a guest Student of Knowledge. These lectures cover contemporary issues, the lives of prominent Islamic figures, and lessons from the Prophet’s Sunnah. We aim to create a family-friendly atmosphere and encourage parents to bring their children along to benefit from these sessions as well.
