Qaida Classes

We offer Islamic courses for kids and adults, starting with foundational Qaida classes. Our Qaida classes teach the following books over two levels (Beginner Qaida and Advanced Qaida):

Firstly, Ahsanul Qawaid – This book introduces rules and procedures relating to the recognition and pronunciation of each of the 29 Arabic letters. There are 22 lessons focussing on mastering the rules and pronunciation from a very young age.
Next, Wudu Book – How to perform Wudu step by step with colourful illustrations aimed at educating very young children.
Additionally, Prayer Book – Step by step guide to performing salah with colourful illustrations. Also, all steps include an English description alongside an Arabic and transliteration to help students understand how to recite the different parts of the Salah.
Finally, Dua Book – Small everyday Duas for children to learn. Examples include the Dua for entering the toilet and entering the Masjid.

Quran Classes

Our Quran classes progress through three stages: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Quran levels. The classes use the following books:

To begin with, Juz Amma –The 30th and last Juz of the Quran which is read by students at the Beginner Quran level. This contains text which is larger in size and more spaced out to facilitate a smooth transition for students moving up from Qaida classes to the Quran class.
Moreover, Panj Para – The first Five Juz (chapters) of the Holy Qur’an with Colour coded pages to assist students in reading with correct Tajweed rules. This book also includes a section outlining the Tajweed rules helping students to develop an understanding of the various Tajweed rules to implement whilst reading the Holy Quran.
Furthermore, Full Colour Coded Quran – This a Colour-coded Qur’an in an Arabic script that is easy to read for the non-Arabic speaking person. This helps students to recite the Quran with the necessary Tajweed rules as each rule maintains a different Colour throughout the Quran.
In addition, Islamic Studies Volume 1 Book –This book is taught in conjunction with the Juz Amma and aims to develop students basic understanding of the major Uloom (sciences) in Islam which includes:
1. Aqeedah
2. Fiqh
3. Hadith
4. Duas
5. Wudu
6. Salah

Upon completion of this book, students will be able to perform Wudu and Salah step by step and will have a grounding in the sciences of Aqeedah and Fiqh. Students will also have memorised small Ahadith and Duas with their English translation.

Similarly, Islamic Studies Volume 2 Book – This book is taught in conjunction with the Panj Para and Colour coded Quran. This builds upon the Islamic Studies Volume 1 book and studies the major Uloom (sciences) which includes:
1. Aqeedah
2. Fiqh
3. Hadith
4. Duas
5. Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him
Lastly, Tajweed Book – This book is aimed for beginners and is taught to all of our Quran students as it provides brief and easy to understand explanations for the different Tajweed rules to be implemented whilst reciting the Quran.

These Quran classes are also an essential component of our Islamic courses for kids and adults, ensuring continuous development in Quran recitation and Islamic knowledge.
