Eid ul Fitr 2025 Announcement

AFECC is pleased to announce the Eid ul Fitr 2025 Glasgow date — Sunday, 30th March 2025.

As Ramadan departs, we feel a deep sense of remorse. Nevertheless, we’re excited to celebrate a day filled with joy and gratitude — the day of Eid! We pray that Allah accepts our efforts and forgives our shortcomings. Moreover, we ask Him to ease the suffering of Muslims across the world.

Prayer Times & Imams at AFECC

Tomorrow, AFECC Glasgow (Dixon Ave) will host three Eid Salahs:

• 7am – Shaykh Muhammad Idris will lead the prayer
• 9am – Hafiz Habib ur Rehman will lead the prayer
• 10:30am – Shaykh Sohaib Hussain will lead the prayer

Eid Salah at AFECC Ayr

Similarly, Shaykh Sohaib Hussain will lead Eid Salah at AFECC Ayr at 9am.

Therefore, we encourage everyone to arrive on time and join in this blessed gathering.

Furthermore, please ensure Zakat ul Fitr is paid before Eid, as it is an important obligation and helps those in need.
